| Time Capsule Films (originally known as Itty
Bitty Videos) was founded in 2002 by Elisabeth Roberts, a television
producer who has worked on Emmy-award winning shows. When Elisabeth’s
first baby was born, she (like most new parents), spent hours
behind her video camera, anxious to capture every cute moment
and darling sound. But when she wanted to share the footage,
she found herself desperately fast forwarding to locate the
few good shots she remembered filming.
Frustrated, she decided to use her professional skills to
edit the highlights of her video and produce a short piece,
complete with music and fun effects, which would capture her
memories and entertain her family. The resulting video was
a big hit and, when Elisabeth showed the video to her friends,
they clamored for her help.
Although Elisabeth originally focused on customized video
scrapbooks for new parents, her clients quickly began asking
her to create videos for other occasions, including anniversaries,
birthdays, and more. After receiving great feedback for these
celebratory pieces, Elisabeth decided to expand her business
to include products specifically designed for special occasions
and school alumni.
Elisabeth Roberts has over 15 years of experience in television,
with credits in both producing and editing. Her work has been
broadcast by the Discovery Channel, VH-1, Home and Garden
TV, the Lifetime Channel, MSNBC, and KRON-TV. Since founding
Time Capsule Films, Elisabeth has produced hundreds of video
scrapbooks and has perfected the process of turning home video
into entertaining stories. She is the mother of a two girls,
who provide endless inspiration for her business. |
